The aim of this policy is to summarise the general principles relating to annual leave for non medical staff within Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) and to provide a uniform and equitable approach to the calculation of annual leave and bank holiday entitlements which takes into account the entitlements and arrangements defined under Agenda for Change. The basic principles contained within this policy will apply also to medical staff but where there is any conflict between this policy and the medical staff’s terms and conditions of service the latter will prevail.
